Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my mother and i are joint owners of a flat in a cooperative housing society in mumbai india. she wants to nominate my brothers. I don't. Is there a way she can transfer her share anyway to them without my consent? And firstly is it a 'share' when two people are joint owners?
