Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother is a legally wedded (2nd) wife of my Dad. Can my mother's jewels or property be claimed by my Dad's first wife's son?
He is hiding my dad's property & bank records from me. How can I get those records? Please advise me on this.

in case your father has died intestate, your mother and his mother and all the children of your dad are legally entitled to an equal share, provided the second marriage was valid in the eyes of law.
