Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
me and my mother is living in my mother's matrimonial home, which belongs to my grand father. my father does not lives with us and my grand father has disowned my father.
7 years back my mother came to this home by the intervention of women cell. now my grand father has filed a legal suit for permanent injuction so that me and my mother shall be kicked out from the mother's matrimonial home.
pls suggest what to do?
can he actually do this to us?
Is there any law which can save us ?

Your mother may be entitled to live there under D.V.A. your rights may depend upon your age. Your grandfather may not be allowed to forcibly dispossess your mother from the house where she is living.
unless the suit filed by your grand father is not perused, it is not safe to give opinion. you may scan the same and send it across.
