Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My mother is a member of a cooperative society in Delhi. She has provided in an written agreement that the membership of the society to be tranferred to my name .My brother and father has provided an NOC to the same on a stamp paper. The society also given a letter addressed to the registrar of societies that they have no objection in transferring the membership to my name. I have not submitted this letter to the registrar of societies. None of the above documents are registered. What further action is required from my end to ensure that I become the legal owner of the property?

it is better if you check with the society itself as to their requirement for transferring of ownership of the flat. however, in case the society is situate on free hold land, your mother can execute a gift deed in your favour along with transfer of share.
