Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother owned a plot, registry of the plot is in her name, now she want to transfer the same to me and my brother in equal share , do i have to register the plot again or i can avail all the legal rights over my portion of property if she offers me power of attorney?

It is better to register the transfer. A power of attorney can be revoked.

Sorry but for your knowledge, Even after death of the person, any POA is revoked.
So she can make gift deed or can made a will in favour of you is the best option.
