Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother have a plot in delhi. Can i give a legal notice through advocate to Sub Registrar for block the transfer this property to any others. If yes, this provision in which section in Registration Act 1908.

you can issue notice to the registrar but it may not restrain him from transferring the plot. you may have to approach the civil court for injunction orders to restrain your mother from transferring to any third person.

For giving a notice, no provision is necessary.
However, a notice may not serve any purpose.
