Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my mother was having plot & she died sudden without writing any will what is procedure to make that plot in my name i have two sister tell me procedure ? how much time it will take for that as i have not so much leave as i m working in private jobs pls help me

All the children of your mother are legal heir's and all have equal rights. By taking the consent of others u can become owner .
