Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my mother was having plot & she died sudden without writing any will what is procedure to make that plot in my name i have two sister tell me procedure ? how much time it will take for that as i have not so much leave as i m working in private jobs pls help me

You and both your sisters have an equal share in the plot.
