my mother purchase a land on 1967 at the age of 38 years, on the years 2006 a porson named raj kumar saraf, personating a unknown lady age 49 mention in sale deed by affixing her photo as my mother sold to wife of raj kumar, all the address of my mother & hus band name is correct,but name of the son made as witness is wrong, andidentifier is wrong, how to cancel the said sale deed without seeking civil court remady, one keral high court judgement says simply i can do a cancelation deed, i am from orissa, is it kerala decision help me to cancel the same or any ulternative, please advise me, my mother passed away since two year,

If you do not want to go to civil court, you may file a criminal complaint of cheating and fraud with the local police.
no, cancellation has to be through court of law.

For cancellation of deeds, there is specifice law under Specific Relief Act. You have no choice but to go to Civil Court for Declaration of the Sale deed as null and void and cancellation being illegal. In would be in your interest to file criminal complaint against one and all
