Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother and her sister both have filed a suit against their brother regarding house property, who is son of my grandfather's second wife. As my grandmother died in early age, he had got second marriage and grandfather also died in 2005 with serious illness for 1 year, and he did not make any will on propery. My mother's step-mother has 3 children; 1 son, 2 daughters, and the sister who has filed this case with my mother is also one of the daugthers of step-mother. Now, my mother has signed on injunction order without any knowledge of that with the force of my unlce, who is the husband of my mother's step-sister who has filed case with my mother, but my mother did not want to pass that injunction order. Now could you please tell is there any threat like imprisonment to the person whom we filed a suit with this injunction order as she did not want to make this case that severe and exactly what the injunction order is and if we want to withdraw that injunction order how to approach, please tell.

In a pending court case, your lawyer handling the case in civil courts can guide you better. Your statement is apparently wrongly worded. In case you need further guidance from this Forum, you need to narrate entire sequent of events in a chronological order and may need to reproduce all the orders you mentioned OR else, write a detailed e-mail and attach the documents.
Your question is confusing but you dont have to worry about the imprisonment of your mother in any manner.
