Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I , my mother and 3 sisters are the legal heirs of my late father. There is land property to be divided. My sisters and mother want to give their share to me. Will filing a partition suit in court a better option? Will we have to make a registered partition deed according to court's order after the order is passed ?

Consider appropriate partition or other document.
