Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I, my mother and 2 sisters are about to make a partition deed of my father's property. Can I include my wife and son's name as joint holder with me for the portion that I will receive from the partition in the partition deed and mutate it ?

the partition deed is made amongst the legal heirs and once it is done, you become the sole owner of the same. there is no need to include the wife and son as they may or may not devolve through you. you may will the portion away in future.
