A mother having 6 sons and she wants to relinquishment her property in favour
Of one son can she do ?? & signatures of the remaining sons are required

Hello,
Firstly : If she is complete owner of property now than she can relinquish it to anyone.
Secondly: If, she is owner of limited portion than she can relinquish her own share to anyone.
in both cases no affirmation from other parties are required.

Who is the owner of the property ?
