Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my mother is widow,my father younger brother has taken all our property & he is saying that if we will divide the property my mother will sell it out,The property belongs to my fourfather which is transfered to my grandfather name & now total 8 persons are saying we are the legal hair out of eight 3 are son & 5 are daughter.My father & one of sister is no more now.
please tell us the way how can we get our father portion from the property & under which section we can put case.

You may need to file a Civil Suit in the local courts for partition of the property and a declaration about ownership of your share.
