Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my mother's younger sister died and her husband also died now no body remain in their family, Both of them have made certain investment in banks, Post, Shares etc. Recently I came to know that one suit is pending in court and the same is not comming for hearing due to no legal heirs. I therefore want to ask whether I can claim for investment which is lying the financial institute/ banks/Post etc. and the suit which is pending in the court.

Yes you can claim provided you answer these questions . Is your nani or nana alive ? is your mama alive ? Is your maasi husband's legal heirs are alive ? Please clarify.
