MR. A had purchased a plot in an approved layout in 1985.IN 2004 an illegal power of attorney is created in favour of MR.B(not executed by MR.A) and the said power agent executes an sale deed for the plot in favour of MR.C.IN 2010 the original owner MR.A executes a sale deed in favour of MR.D in which MR.C is also included as an confirming party is the sale deed of MR.D valid.
