Thanks for answer Sir, to the following question:

(Can my wife buy land in Himachal

Appreciate a genuine reply/information on this!

My father-in-law has recently got revenue documents retrieved that has his status as having an agriculture land in Himachal.This to my mind makes him eligible to buy/ sell property there.My question is

a) Will his daugther also be eligible to buy-sell property/land in HP?

b)If not, under what condition can his daugther be eligible.....like succesion/inheritence or transfer of property from father to daugther.

I would appreciate if you can clear one doubt further.

1)My wife was born in dehradoon and educated in bombay.Can she still sell/buy land/property in HP because her father has agriculture land in HP.( as per above previous query).

one may be treated as domicile of that state on the basis of one's parent having property in the state
