Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Mrs. A is the owner of the immovable property (land & house) situated at Shillong. She expired 10 years back leaving four daughters viz; B,C, D & E, who are married. All the sister desires to transfer the said property in the name of one sister, who is occupying the said property since the death of their mother. The family are governed by Hindu Law. What are the procedure to transfer the aforesaid property from the name of deceased mother to one of her daughter sister?

All you sisters should Relinquish your shares in the property by Relinquishment deed in favour of one sister ,which you have mentioned in your question and get the Relinquishment Deed registered.
