Mrs. S is a widow aged 87 Years living at Bharuch, Gujarat. She was living in Rented premises since 47 years approx. premises belong to charitable Trust. She has 3 daughters & 2 sons. Two daughters are married 1 younger son is married. Son is presently living in the same Premises with his wife, since more than 5 years. Rent Receipt is in the name of Mrs. � S � . Premises is very old and structure is dilapidated. As such Mrs. S� is living in a flat ( with Elder son & un married daughter ) own by her married daughter .
Now advice on following : 1.Wheather son who is living in rented premises since 5 years can transfer Rent receipt in his name. ?.
2.In absence of Mrs. S� can Rent receipt legally transfer in the name of Elder son. ?.
3.What about Right of unmarried daughter . ?.
4.What about Right of the Younger son. And his wife ?.
5. Weather any right of married daughter ?
