Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Mr.X has inherited some property from his father. Due to some circumstances Mr.X transfers this inherited property to his wife Mrs.Y.. She has added more to this property and increased it... Mr.X and Mrs Y have two sons. So these two sons can claim for property which is in their's mother Mrs. Y' name.?

the sons can claim a share in the ancestral property. mere transfer of ancestral property in the name of Y does not change the character of property.
