in mumbai for a redevelopment project under mhada act 33(7) can additional area to the existing occupied area be granted to commercial tenants? if so on what grounds ? is it legal? is it possible to increase the floor hight for commercial tenants from 14 ft to say around 17 feet so that they can have a mazanine floor ? will it be legal? how the fsi calculations will be then if it is permitted.?
