Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
For Mumbai..As I understand as per the latest law passed if the builder does not give conveyance to the society then society can approach the registrar and get deemed conveyance.
However if there are just 8 flats in the building out of which three do not agree to form a society then can the conveyance still be got...if yes then in whose name as there is no society formed , because as I undersatnd that only society can approach the registrar for deemed conveyance and not just 5 flats out of 8 flats...

With only 8 or 5 members, formation of a Society is not possible.
