Muslim Will executed by father
my father who expeired in1988 executed a WILL leaving all properties in mothers name and kept us under her guardianship as we eight childern were all minors.Now that if my mother wants to sell one of the properties for our welfare only can she do that or any other legal documents to be needed.

It depends on nature and conditions of bequeath.

Your mother will require no other document to sell one property for your welfare provided no one of you put an objection to her selling the said property.

she can, if property has already been transferred in her name on the basis of will.
