Nane Transfer of house fr

We have a house in Bangalore which is in the name of my father who passed away on Jan 08. I want it ti be transfered in my mothers name. What all documents we need and what will be the proceedure

Please follow the mentioned hereunder :

(1) Obtain Death Certificate of your father.

(2) Approach to The Circle Officer/Talati with an application to transfer it on your mothers name.

(3) There is a Goverment fees applicable on the same.

(4) The time taken for the process is usually 2 months after giving the application.

You need to apply to the concerned authorities with the papers prescribed by such authority.

No objection certificate from all legal heirs,relinqushment deed of legal heirs relinquishing their right in favour of mother,their Affidavit.
