My nani received property via danpatra from her husband in madhyapradesh - gwalior whose property was ancestral.Now there is a dispute between my mother and nani.
Q1. Now this property would be called ancestral
Q2. Do Nani have right to do the will
Q3. Do my mother have any claim on property
Q4. Do ihave any claim on property
Q5. Do my son have any claim on property
or could dispute be settle out by some sort of family partition

If Danpatra means Gift and if Nani received property by a valid Gift, then she would be owner of that property and nobody can make any claim on that property.
In case, validity of Gift is to be challenged, then have Gift Deed vetted by your lawyer to find out whether it is valid or not.
