i am natural guardian of my son. my husband was died before few years back. my son has an agriculture land from his grandfather distribution of property. can i give a power of attorney for the said property?

No for dealig with the minor property you have to seek permission from the court

Permission in the sense that you will have to get yourself declared as a guardian. In absence of that you cannot act on behalf of minor, just being mother/natural guardian.

first you need to get the mutation done in your name and only then you can execute an attorney qua the land.
