Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

one of our neighbor has captured our vehicle parking area and made a room on that area for his personal use, and all of members are wishing to take legal action, so what legal action can we take? And what would be procedure beyond that?

Once you say that it is your parking area I am assuming that you have a title to such an area. In that case, your remedy is under Specific Relief Act by way of filing a Civil Suit for a Mandatory Injunction so as to remove/demolish the room and then Permanent Injunction to restrain them from using your parking area for any purpose.
