Noc for name change in property tax

I have purchased property in the month of Nov-06 from I owner (resale) & society registered in the month of April-08.

Property tax bill is still generated in Ist owners name. When i enquired for the change in name they have asked for NOC from society. Now the problem is Society is not giving the NOC because at the time of registration builder has not update any details against my flat(details kept blank).

In this matter Builder aswell as society is not helping

Now how to proceed for noc & register my name in the society.

Apply before Registrar alongwith every documents. Also contact the seller to help you in getting NOC. Without thier NOC you cannot become member and if they refuse take it in writing and then you can challang the refusal in court of law and trasfer the same in your name.

First apply for and obtain membership of the society and then NoC.

You may have to take appropriate legal action against the concerned persons, including the vendor from you have purchased the property. Therefore, you should contact a local lawyer to pursue your remedy in accordance with law.
