Noc for name change in property tax---

for registration society whether i have to pay the membership charges which i had already paid to builder at the time of purchase.

Our society chairman asking for the fees do the same.

If the charges are for the welfare of the socity then you can pay else refuse.

Ask builder to pay to the Society the amount collected by him for Society.
