noc/power of attorney to start snack hse.

we 2brothers jointly purchased a ppty at aurrangabad in1964-65.elder one died soon after. in his place sister-in law's name was mutated-she also died in 90's leaving 4children &are staying there but have not mutated their names for unknown reason. i'm unmarried &serving in mumbai.Now one of them wants to start snack hse.in part of the ppty.&want my noc together with POWER of ATTORNEY.is it safe to give either/both ? he has not obtained the same from his other bros/sstres. will only my NOC-POA is sufficient? ppty is not patritioned as yet. please advise.

What is snack hse?

If you are not living there and do not intend to live there in near future, simplest way should be to take money of your share and transfer the same to the persons living there.

It may not be safe to execute any Noc-POA in the given situation unless you want to help the family.
