nomination form & will

there is a nomination form filed in the society by my father who expired 2 yrs bck.now the name in the nomination form and the name in the will differs..pls let me knw the procedure for the same to change the name in the society and share certificates as per the will.

How one name can differ in two places? Whether a minor one like Dipak and Deepak?
