Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Nominations

Member ''A'' Makes a nomination in favour of ''B'' ''C'' & ''D'' in the ratio of 1/3. each. Member ''A'' passes away. The Co-op society admits the three members as per the nomination made. ie B C& D in the order of the nomination.

each of the three members B C & D are rightfully claiming 1/3 share holding in the society and therefore wish to make further nominations on their 1/3 share, is this acceptable by law?
