You apply in the court of obtaining certified copies you may contact some another lawyer. ITS NOT A BIG JOB!

There is procedure in Civil Procedure Code, for impounding the documents. It is not a big task to do so, if your advocate gives sincear attention towards the same.

You can move an Interim Application in a disposed of case and seek court direction, so that the documents are ordered to be released in a time bound manner of 2 weeks or so.

its not a big job, and not important enough to be asked in these forum. This is clerical job. However you obtain certified copies of the documents u want and thereafter you apply for return of the docs. Certified copies will be retained on record and original will be returned to you. Ofcourse you will require advocate's assistence for identification.

Apply and get the certified copy of documents and then move necessary application to take back origionals by placing the certified copy of the same on court record.There is no reason to wait for two years.

You need to apply to the Court for return of document produced by you.

Court would order return either immediately or in a day or two.
