Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am an NRI. In bangalore, India I wanted to buy a villa from a corporate builder and paid advance and signed agreement to sell land and agreement for construction. I need to take loan from Bank.Even after three months, due to legal issues of the land, builder could not register my plot on my name. It may take more than one month. Looking at the inefficiency of the builder in expediting the matter, i wish to ask my money back. Can I get back my money immediately? What can be his argument. Please help.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Citing the delay on the part of the seller to complete the transfer of the title in your name, you can opt out of the contract and request the seller for refund of your monies.
