How an NRI buying agriculture land in India? This is for NRI staying in USA and has H1B.

NRI definition is very vast . When you say that you are on H-1b Visa , this means you are on a work permit and this is a non immigrant visa like F-1 ,B-1 B-2 etc . Have you been sponsored for Green Card by your company or have you got a Green card by now ? please clarify as it is important for me to give you my legal advice on your legal issue. As you are still holding an Indian passport and since when have you been in USA on H-1b ? These are important questions to be answered by you.
