'A' is a NRI Person and he has purchase a 3 BHK flat in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. What can he do for Registration a sale deed document in registrar office.
Question :-
(1) He has at USA (he has not come at Ahmedabad) so he has give a POA?
(2) How can he give a POA other person?
(3) He has no Parmenant Account Number (PAN No.) so what he do?
(4) How can he Registerd a Sale Deed?
