Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i am a NRI from USA, divorced from also NRI husband (usa). i have full custody of my minor children. Do i have a right to file a claim in my ex husband's property in india for my children.

only if it is ancestral if it is self acquired then during his life time children do not get any right other than maintianence
