What should I do to obtain Duplicate Share Certificate from So-op Society?

I have lost Share Certificate issued by my co-op hsg society. I have FIR copy with me. My property is in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai (plot alloted by CIDCO)

Can anybody help me whether I have to give add in the paper for the said loss.

It is better that ou give advertisement in news paper and apply for duplicate share.

You need to go by the bye-laws of the society about issuance of duplicate share certificate.

You need to contact the Chairman/Secretary of the said Society. To obtain a new share certificate depands on the bye-laws of the society.
