hey v hv alredy taken possession of flats bt OC hasnt come as yet. the project has been delayed for more than a yr.. also d builder hasnt paid up d property tax.... cn v residents form a society in above case n hw do v get an OC after v form d society....

You may need to refer to the agreement executed with the builder.
