Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have an offer to invest Rs. 30 lakhs today so that the Builder will after 2 years allot me a plot, for which he will sign an agreement on stamp paper. Is an agreement of this sort valid and how sensible is such a move if the Builder is a big real estate co. ?

Check whether builder is owner of that plot today, if you want to enter into agreement today.
