hi,
i have an offer 2 start a radiology and pathology diagnostic centre in mumbai in a SRA project having a common entrance and 2 separate lifts. This sra project has 1st 3 floors for commercial purpose and above 4 floors for the residential use ( for old tennets). Bulider says that these 2 separate lifts to be used by the residents and commercial byers seperately.
can i start a diagnostic centre in this place?
