Whether A HINDU FAMILY consisting of parents & children(un-employed & UN-MARRIED) is treated as HUF under law.

When a Hindu person marries the HUF comes in existence from that day.

As soon as a Hindu person marries, his Hindu Undivided Family come in existence.
