Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I AM THE ORIGINAL ALLOTEE of a residential plot in delhi,that comes under DDA. the property is leasehold . according to law , rules and regulations,can i GIFT my leasehold rights to my 1st degree blood relation WITHOUT the permission of DDA by executing a gift deed?pls guide

as per DDA rules, it is not possible. despite the fact that power of attornies, wills etc are being executed but its all a matter of convenience rathr law.
