Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am an overseas citizen living abroad for many years. My father passed away in 2008 leaving a property in Gurgaon India. I have 3 sisters who want to sell this property. I don't want any share in this property. Please advise what documentation I need to sign.

you may file a suit for partition and injunction and for that you need to hire a lawyer in Delhi or Gurgaon. only after you hire a lawyer, the documents be sent to you for your signatures.
You have to give a selling Power of attorney in favour of your sisters so that they can sell the same to any body and realise the sale proceeds.
