Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Can anyone overwrite the judge's order with the same pen.The order which i got from the clerk has some overwriting done but on the exact overwritten alphabet there is not judge's sign and the sign and the stamp is right at the end of the sheet.

Can the clerk do such a thing to harrass the client?

If the overwriting has been done by the clerk on the high court order, which copy goes to the judge on the next hearing. The one with the overwriting??

Will the judge not be suspicious if he sees the overwriting??Plz help....

clerk cant dare to do such thing.. If u r sure that he has donr it then mention to the judge. On theother hand clerk dont have Ny kind ofpower to do this. He can in ordersheet only then when the judgw is on the leave, but he can only write down the next date of hearing, Cant pass the order. If he did such thing then complain it and file application. He would loose his job as well as will go in jail,if it will prove correct
