I am owner of the building having 50 tenents. form which my six tenents fo my compund has been rehebilate else by MMRDA as that part of my land was under road cutting. what compensate I will get from MMRDA,

Compensation would be at the market value of notification date as provided by law - some amount is deducted and awarded to tenants.

compensation would be awarded in accordance with land acquisition rules of the authority. better check with the MMRDA.
