Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

but owner give me some leagal notice before 5 days from court , i accept this notice in this notice mention that our contacrt are finished from court because i am no doing leagal seal deed from 11

years . i am giving answer that notice is mention thai give me 15 days for doing seal deed , they also give me answer that notice is mention they are give me 7 days for doing seal deed other wise contract is cancel . what to do now?
