Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

"A" is owner of some land and he has only one of the member in his family no legal heirs in his family so he has make a WILL for said land on his Servent name "B". My question is when "A" died thenafter "B" enter his name in revenu record? B is the owner of said land? this is posible as per law?

Yes, if A has willed the property to B, then B can become the rightful owner of property after obtaining probate of the will.
