Who is the real owner of a property---- Person named in the regd. conveyance deed OR the party who provided the consideration money 4 THE PURCHASE OF THE SAID PROPERTY?

These facts are not sufficient to provide you adequate guidance. However, normally, the person who paid the consideration can claim ownership if he disputes the title of person in whose name the property is registered.
