Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we three owners(all siblings) have gone to reconstruct the house with builder and undergone collaboration agreement which is time bound. One of the sibling who is closed to builder is keen to register partition deed before completion of the building but we are afraid that builder who is very closed to him might stop the construction or only give the possession back to said sibling. Can it possible and if possible than what is remedy left with us.the building is on completion stage but the said sibling is pressing hard for the same. Thanks

in case the partition deed is prepared in accordance with the share of you all, you may seek help of a lawyer in drafting the same. you may also seek partition of the building through court.
